THERECOM LTD appears in public telecom listings as an ISP/telecommunications operator associated with Ukraine, with “Therecom” also presenting services such as Internet and IP transit on its public-facing site. Beyond these high-level claims, externally verifiable corporate details in open sources are limited and uneven.

Network presence is visible via RIPE-registered ASNs AS35614 and AS56465 under the Therecom name; AS56465 was allocated on 2018-06-12 and shows observed BGP adjacency with AS6849 (JSC “Ukrtelecom”) and AS35614. Public route views also show IPv4 prefixes (for example 31.128.172.0/24 and 95.47.116.0/24) and an IPv6 aggregate (2a0c:29c1::/32), plus listings at IXs such as UA-IX and 1-IX in third-party databases.

Direct user-review coverage is sparse: OpenSpeedTest lists zero written reviews for the provider, while 2ip.io contains a small number of brief positive comments, making the overall picture inconclusive.
